We offer down payment assistance and affordable housing opportunities for low to moderate income Cobb County residents. Our program helps new homeowners to create safe, decent housing environments that builds stronger families and communities throughout Cobb County.
The Marietta Housing Authority Home Purchase Assistance Program offers down payment and closing costs assistance for first time homebuyers looking to purchase a home within Cobb County. First time homebuyers must meet program eligibility requirements. Requirements include income limits, employment, location of the home, and being a first-time homebuyer.
