The MHA will be opening the Housing Choice Voucher (formerly Section 8) on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be accepted ONLINE ONLY. You will not be able to come to the office and fill out a paper application.

To qualify for the HCV Program, your income must be at 50% or below the Median Family Income (MFI) established by HUD. Income Limits for Cobb County are as follows:
