Maintenance
The Marietta Housing Authority maintenance staff will respond to resident requests between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Calls are prioritized and maintenance will respond in order of urgency.
Residents at the Hull Heights should report maintenance request to the Property Manager Office located at 4173 Fred J. Kienel Drive, Acworth or call (770) 974-3012.
Residents at Branson Walk should report maintenance requests to the Property Manager Office located at 419 Aviation Road, Marietta or call (770) 419-3219.
Emergency Calls
For afterhours emergency calls you may call the number listed above for your location or (770) 419-3200.
Emergency calls will be answered 24 hours per day 7 days per week. The MHA answering service will forward all emergency calls to the on call maintenance staff member. It is important to provide the answering service with your name, location, nature of the problem and a call back number.
If the emergency is life threatening call 911.
