The Rental Assistance Program is available to those income eligible families who qualify for one, two, or three-bedroom units. The rental amount is typically thirty (30) percent of the family\u2019s monthly adjusted income.<\/p>\n<p>To qualify for the Rental Assistance Program, a family must meet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #248ed0;\"><a style=\"color: #248ed0;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.huduser.gov\/portal\/datasets\/il\/il2025\/2025summary.odn\"><strong>FY-2025 HUD Income Limits<\/strong> <\/a><\/span>\u00a0generally, income may not exceed 80% of Area Median Income<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Citizenship\/eligible immigrant criteria<\/span><\/li>\n<li>MHA screening criteria including criminal background; sex offender; tenancy history; debts owed to Federal housing programs; verification of social security numbers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Marietta Housing Authority owns and manages scattered site developments located within a one-to-two-mile radius of the historical downtown square in Marietta, Branson Walk and another site located in Acworth, Georgia Hull Heights.<\/p>\n<p>The RAD Program now has a new applicant portal that will be used for all individuals applying to any currently open waiting list.
