Homeownership

The MHA Homeownership Program has been helping families realize the dream of homeownership since 2006. We offer down payment assistance, home buyer education and guidance through the purchase process. Our client base comes from our own Housing Choice Voucher Program as well as other families purchasing homes within Cobb County whose income is at or below 80% of the area median income established by HUD. Mentoring Program

SmartMoves is the name of the Marietta Housing Authority's Mentoring Program. The goal of the program is to empower MHA clients to make positive life choices that enable them to:

• Maximize their personal potential
• Understand their capabilities
• Develop career goals
• Reduce reliance on public assistance

Senior Housing

Engaging in strategic partnerships results in the creation of extraordinary opportunities for modern 'Seniors Only' residential facilities. The resulting communities offer seniors a wide variety of services tailored to meeting the goal of allowing seniors to 'age in place'.

Our Senior Communities offer a lifestyle that is active and rewarding for adults 55 and over (or 62 and over, depending on the property).
